BMI: body mass index, GDM: gestational diabetes mellitus, T2DM: type 2 diabetes mellitus.

*Continuous variables: based on Wilcoxon rank-sum test, Categorical variables: based on Fisher's exact test; Previous history of gestational diabetes or macrosomic baby, polycystic ovary syndrome, and impaired glucose tolerance.
