*Nine participants did not answer the question about their highest level of education- odds ratio computed for 117 participants only; There were 12 non-responses on the question about average income per month - odds ratio calculated for only 114 participants; One participant had double primary cancer (stomach cancer and hepatocellular carcinoma); §These include four ampulla of Vater cancers and one gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST).
